I am uncertain as to how to get started? All you need to do is fill out the sign up form on this website, you can then place an order.

Delivery Days? We deliver in Queenstown on Sundays. And to Wanaka, Cromwell and Gibbston on Mondays.

How long do we have to sign up for? We don't want to tie you down to any period with contracts. We work around what suits you. If you need to put your 'Food Parcel' on hold as you're away on holiday, you can. Just let us know before Wednesday midnight before your delivery and we will sort it.

How do I pay? We will process all payments through Stripe on this website. This is our only payment method.

We are here on holiday, can we arrange to have a food parcel for just a week? Yes, you can, sign up and select the 'choose your own' parcel and fill in you details including the place of delivery. Please note our delivery days are Queenstown on Sundays. And to Wanaka, Cromwell and Gibbston on Mondays. Unfortunately we can not deliver on other days.

Will you refund my bag if I'm not home and something happens to it? Unfortunately no. But we do send you a text to let you know your parcel has arrived and leave the parcel where requested. We try our best to keep delivery times around the same each week to ensure you are home to receive your food parcel.  

How do I get started? It's quick and straightforward - just click on order link, fill out form to sign up, select from the two the parcel options and pay, easy peasy!

Where do you source your produce from? We try and source all produce locally. All of our chicken is cage free, and our pork is accredited with pork care certification. 

Can we request changes to the menus or add substitute dishes? Unfortunately no, we are unable to make any changes to our set menus with substitute dishes or products.

Allergies? Our food parcels are prepared in a kitchen that also handles and uses gluten, seeds, nuts, eggs, dairy, fish, lupin and ferments.
